Once more a rare only-English set. Golden border era was passed, but Liebig decided now and then to use the real-gold border for special sets. This is such an occasion and again the light tinted background is just like in the preceding set. All sets printed in Germany (this too) have this caracteristic if printed by Klingenberg

This study, my notes started in 1958, continued and on the internet from 1997 until 2003. This new initiative starts 1-1-2004 and has a planning for 5 years
